Comissioned by Berkman Mercaz Limud, Confirmation 2020 is at once both documentary art film, and proxy for the loss of an in-person confirmation ceremony for the confirmands of Congregation Rodeph Shalom in Philadelphia, amdist the 2020 COVID-19 pandemic. It highlights the lived experiences and relationships of six Philadelphia confirmands, aged 15, as they explore the meaning of their relationships, and aging together over the course of a decade in the new millenium.
